Last year I also made a long list for my TBR at the end of Nonfiction November. This year I used last year’s list to request books. It worked out very well. Your list is excellent. It’s always good to have lots of possibilities. Not everything works out as a good book.

Oh my gosh, you got SO many good ones! I’m thrilled I could give you a bunch of recommendations too 🙂 I feel like I need to go through your list more closely because I missed a bunch of these. I can emphatically second the recommendations for After the Eclipse, Bad Blood,The Great Pretender, and Sound of a Wild Snail Eating – I read that one almost in one sitting this past week and it was so beautiful.

Wow Shelleyrae! You really did add a lot of books to your TBR and 15 non-fictions read during the event is amazing. Well done and I hope you enjoy all your upcoming non-fiction reads too. 😀

Wow! what a collection of titles. You wouldn’t happen to know the title of the fictionalized account of Cargo of Women?

You’ve got a great selection of books here – I missed some of these when they were posted this month so I’m going to catch up now. Thanks so much to linking to three of the books I wrote about, I hope you enjoy reading those books when you get to them.

I just bought Singled Out. I read the new novel by Tracy Chevalier and it should go perfectly with it. Very good list!

Oh my goodness, I’ve only heard of one of the books you added to your nonfiction list. There are just too many good books out there!

I must admit that I don’t read a lot of non-fiction anymore… I used to read a lot of historical non-fiction but it’s dropped off a lot.
Good luck getting through all the new additions to the TBR!
