So it seems my blog theme, which hasn’t been supported for years, will no longer cooperate with the WordPress Editor. As such, I have no choice but to replace it.
I’m really not sure how smooth or fast the transition will be, so please bear with me while I make the necessary adjustments so that I can continue posting.

This happened to me a few months ago. I started have weird glitches and I figured I needed to bite the bullet and update my unsupported theme! It was super easy! Don’t be afraid to do it. My blog has worked better ever since! I did go through my settings afterward just to make sure everything transferred. I remember changing a couple of things but nothing major. You can preview the theme before you officially switch. Go for it!

Good luck! I’ve thought about changing my theme, but I’m also very leery of what it might entail. Hope it’s an easy transition for you.
