I encourage participants who aren’t sure what to select for each category to look for recommendations from other book bloggers who they read and follow, or browse lists such as Goodreads Listopia, Library Booklists, or whatever source is favoured, however I thought I might offer a few gleaned from my own browsing.
For the next three weeks I will post some examples that might inspire your own selections

I’m tempted to join: I just need to make time to focus on which books (I have no shortage) 😉

I was already looking forward to American Predator and The Arsonist but you’ve added five more to my to-read list 🙂 Thank you.

57 Bus was excellent and I also liked Say Nothing. Radium Girls has been on my list for a while.

I am not participating in the challenge although I am tempted, your lists are adding to my own reading list so thank you for that and I will look forward to reading your reviews.

I can recommend Radium Girls. Part science, bigger part a history of fight for industrial relations for poor young working women.

These recommendations will be a great help when I’m looking for books for this challenge. I absolutely loved ‘His Bloody Project’ but I don’t think it was a true story. I’m sure I saw an interview with Burnet where he said it was fiction.

Oh, I might join up to this! I love a challenge that can fit in to other reading plans! I have Say Nothing lined up for Reading Ireland Month in March.

I would never be able to complete this challenge but a lot of these sound really good! American Predator sounds especially interesting. Good luck!

Your post doesn’t help my to-read lists lol. Great lists all round! I see a few here that I hadn’t heard of before and would love to read.

This looks like a fantastic challenge. I used to read more nonfiction but hardly any in the last several years. One day I really need to get back to it, maybe when I get my current TBR down a bit lol. Looks like some really interesting books you have on your list here!

It’s the category of true crime that I will have trouble with. Thank you for the suggestions.
