My husband is 50 today! We had a small surprise birthday party for him on the weekend. My daughter decorated the cake with an archery target, as archery is his hobby.

I’ve decided to host a Nonfiction Reader Challenge for 2020. The sign up post is live now,  I hope you might consider taking part by committing to read either six or twelve books during the year.

Our Christmas tree is finally up, and I only have a present or two I’ll need to pick up today to complete my Christmas shopping.

Peace by Garry Disher
