It’s 2014! Happy New Year!

I enjoyed watching the fireworks on the riverbank with my family on New Years Eve and then a leisurely day at the beach with friends on New Years Day – though it ended rather abruptly when my youngest was stung by a bluebottle jellyfish.

I’ve caught up a little this week but I still haven’t been working too hard. Hubby goes back to work Monday so things should settle down a bit though I  have Aleah’s 11th birthday on Wednesday, and of course the children are still home on school holidays til February.
