Chaos reigns!

My schedule has been decimated this week, I barely got a moment to myself to read let alone work on reviews and this week offers no respite.

With just three days til the kids finish school for the seven weeks of summer holidays, I have three school Christmas parties, a Scouts and Cubs Christmas party and a gymnastics party to cook for. That’s not too bad – a few dozen cupcakes and slices aren’t too difficult, but Wednesday evening is my youngest son’s 8th birthday party – we are taking 9 of his friends bowling and Jasiah has requested I make a cake shaped like a bowling pin with a bowling ball!  At least I don’t have to cook tomorrow when I meet my girlfriends for Christmas lunch!

I have yet to actually do any Christmas present shopping (or birthday present shopping)  and this Friday we are going camping for the weekend with friends to celebrate my husband’s birthday, which is on Monday. I could go on but I am sure you are busy too and don’t have the time to read it all!
